EPISODE #35
Eating Consciously with Chef Amber

ABOUT THIS EPISODE:

I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to Chef Amber Caudle for this episode. When we first met we immediately clicked. I love her no-nonsense approach to wholesome eating.

Chef Amber shares how her approach to food wasn’t always holistic. Amber was in a constant race to lose weight, leading to over 30 years of disordered eating and a very exhausting, unhappy life. Her body could no longer tolerate this way of being.

In this episode Chef Amber openly discusses her challenging journey with food, and how through her restaurant, The Source Café, which opened in 2012, Amber has been able to create a sumptuous take on natural, wholesome foods, infusing spirituality into her beautiful, rejuvenating and restorative, nutritious dishes.
